Summer Running Classes

 

Looking to Improve Your Running Before the Cross-Country Season?

Our summer run program is perfect for student-athletes looking to improve their run, and it is ideal timing for the summer cross-country running season—rising 5th graders and older.

Three sessions:

  1. June 3-27th (4 weeks) - $120

  2. July 1-25 (4 weeks - no class on July 4th) - $110

  3. July 29-Aug 8th (2 weeks) - $60

  • Practices will be from 7-8 am:

    • Monday - Shadowbend Park

    • Tuesday/Thursday - Rob Fleming Pavillion

Run Practices will focus on form, building endurance and pacing.
